Stanislav Vadrna

Stanislav Vadrna, a western disciple of the art of Japanese bartending excellence.

He was born in Trnava / Slovakia.

Stanislav Vadrna is the Executive Chef de Bar of Red Monkey Group redmonkeygroup.com, which was founded in 1999. Red Monkey Group is a leader in the east European bar and restaurant industry, based on its sophisticated gastronomy and innovative horeca consultancy services. He has developed the award winning bar concept of Paparazzi ristorante & cocktail bar. Stanislav's long term mission is the rejuvenation of Professional Bartender Status and redefining Global Bar Industry Standards with his Ichigo-Ichie/Sprezzatura based philosophy. Stanislav is also director of Bar Magazine : Thinking About The Drinking and the founder and principal of the Stanislav Vadrna's Analog Bar Institute.

He grew up in Slovakia, where he still lives with his wife Jasmine and daughter Lilly Lourdes.
