Chad Solomon

Based in New York City, Christy Pope and Chad Solomon are firm believers in all things high-performance; they reside in a heavily fortified compound in Brooklyn, NY with their two wild attack cats.

In the past, they cut their teeth behind the bars of some New York’s most respected establishments. Today, Christy and Chad lead a transient existence booming back and forth to locales far and wide, preaching the gospel of the bar to new converts.

In addition, Chad and Christy have teamed up with award winning filmmaker, Steve Rivo, to co-produce, “In the Spirit- The Tale of the Cocktail” a feature length, informative and provocative documentary, that seriously explores the history of the cocktail and the role it has played throughout the world.
