Guidelines for Submitting a Seminar Proposal for Tales of the Cocktail® 2024

Thank you for your interest in sharing your seminar topic idea for Tales of the Cocktail® 2024. Tales of the Cocktail Foundation is the global leader in spirits education and a platform to tackle issues facing the industry. The pillars of the Foundation are to Educate, Advance, and Support the hospitality industry through programs that benefit individuals and organizations in the community and to make a lasting impact in the communities that host our events.

The deadline to submit Seminar Proposals for Tales of the Cocktail® 2024 was December 1, 2023. To submit a Seminar Proposal for Tales of the Cocktail® 2025, please follow Tales of the Cocktail Foundation on social media to stay up-to-date on next year’s dates and deadlines.

March 2024 - Accepted TOTC2024 Seminar Invitations Sent

April 8, 2024 - Final TOTC2024 Seminar Titles, Descriptions, & Panelists Due

May 10, 2024- TOTC2024 Seminar Cocktails/Serves Finalized

June 28, 2024 - TOTC2024 Draft PowerPoints Due

Education Advisory Committee

Overseeing the integrity of Tales of the Cocktail®’s educational programming and serving a 3-year term, Tales of the Cocktail Foundation’s Education Advisory Committee is sub-divided into three streams of education: Business, Culture and Beyond the Bar. These committees work collectively to curate seminars that address the interests, needs, and goals of bartenders through these three lenses. at-Through proposals, three rounds of judging, interviews, and an execution phase, this committee members strive to provide educational programming at Tales of the Cocktail® that address the interests, challenges, and goals of the global hospitality industry.
